How do I register as a farmer?
Click "List Your Farm" at the top of any page. Fill in your details, farm name, and livestock type. Our team will verify your account within 24 hours before you can post listings.
Is Pinnacle free to use?
Basic registration and browsing are completely free. Farmers pay a small listing fee per livestock category. We also offer premium seller plans with unlimited listings and priority support.
How are sellers verified?
Every seller submits a national ID, farm registration documents (where applicable), and phone verification. Our team manually reviews each application before approval. Verified sellers display a green checkmark badge.
Can I negotiate prices with sellers?
Yes! Prices listed are starting prices. You can message sellers directly through our secure chat to negotiate. Our customer service team can also mediate if needed.
How do I arrange transport/delivery?
Transport is arranged between buyer and seller. However, Pinnacle has partnered with licensed livestock transporters in all regions. You can request a transport quote through our support team.
What if I have a dispute with a seller?
Contact Grace and the support team immediately. We have a structured dispute resolution process that typically resolves issues within 48 hours. Severe violations can result in seller account suspension.
What payment methods are supported?
We support M-Pesa, bank transfers, and cash on delivery for local transactions. Our Pinnacle Escrow service (coming soon) will hold payment until you confirm receipt of animals.
Can I list livestock from outside Kenya?
Currently Pinnacle operates in Kenya only. We're actively expanding to Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. Contact us if you're interested in our cross-border expansion program.
